Mr. Gardner earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. A member of The Florida Bar, he began his career practicing commercial litigation, where he developed a rigorous foundation in legal strategy and complex dispute resolution.
Following his legal practice, Mr. Gardner expanded his expertise into the technical domain, completing advanced studies in data analytics. This dual background in law and quantitative analysis allows him to uniquely bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and data-driven solutions.
As the Head of Economics & Data Analytics at DRRT, Mr. Gardner oversees the firm’s analytical frameworks and directs the integration of economic modeling into the claims process. He is responsible for spearheading the firm’s innovative approach to data management, developing the proprietary procedures and technologies used to streamline large-scale claims filing. His leadership ensures that DRRT remains at the forefront of the industry by leveraging sophisticated analytics to drive operational excellence and client results.
